VAT & Custom Duty
In case of international shipments it is our duty to bring to notice that VAT and custom duty that is levied by various countries will be paid by the customers directly to the courier company upon delivery. The cost of VAT and custom duty is not included in the shipping cost that is mentioned in the international courier rate card.

Be it a cash on delivery order or an order where the payment has been received already our courier delivery boy always calls you before coming for delivery to ensure successful delivery. In case you are not available at the mentioned time slot you can always re-arrange the delivery or can yourself pick up the courier from the courier office. We ensure shipment by the fastest possible courier agencies. However, we are not responsible for any sort of delays on the part of courier companies in delivering the courier.
